What are your rates?

  Individual psychotherapy sessions are $150  per session. RRT session rates depend on  session length.   

 I also offer a sliding scale as needed.  

How do I know if you’re the right therapist for me?

 It’s important to me that you feel seen, heard   and understood. While my intention is for us  to build a collaborative relationship, not every  therapist and client will be the right fit.  Research shows that the primary predictor of  successful therapy, beyond modalities used, is  actually the relationship between client and  therapist.  

 I support you feeling comfortable in your   choice of therapist - whoever it may be. If during our work, you  come to find that’s not  me, I’m happy to help you find a therapist you  feel is right for you.
