About Me

Thank you for visiting my page. My name is Sarah and it is my intention that our time together will be impactful, and create meaningful change for you. Whether you know exactly what you’re looking for, or if you’re not quite sure; therapy can help. I believe strongly in the wisdom in each of us and our powerful ability to change. I am interested in getting to know you and understanding how I can best help.

While I treat a variety of symptoms, my specialty is trauma. I am trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT). I also integrate other modalities, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Therapy. These modalities are tailored to you, and aim to eliminate re-traumatization and allow for deep, lasting change. While I specialize in trauma, I have experience with a variety of diagnoses and areas, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, LGBTQIA+ (and ally) issues, perfectionism, relationship difficulties, and grief. I also have experience and training in hospice care, and running family and LGBTQ-specific trauma support groups. I offer therapy services in Florida, New Hampshire and Vermont.

The idea of therapy, and change – even positive changes – can feel intimidating or overwhelming. I like to collaborate with clients to make this sometimes uncomfortable process, as comfortable yet valuable for you as possible; finding a balance between safety and growth. As a person and professional, I deeply believe in the power and importance of feeling seen and heard, without judgement, by another person. I prioritize focusing on your goals, and using evidence-based treatment to help you get results, at a pace that feels right for you. This is your journey.

I offer free 15-minute phone consultations, so we can see if we might be a good fit. I would love to get to know you and perhaps join you on your journey!

A bit about me personally: I love cooking, yoga, nature, exploring new places and learning new things. I was raised in New England and most recently was a 12-year resident of Miami, FL. Now, I’m a digital nomad; combining my passions of therapy and exploring.
